We meet with the creative director to understand your event's objective, theme, overall vision, allocated budget, and key expectations.
2. Storyboard Development
Our team collaborates to conceptualize the event details, including the storyline, proposed performances, suggested acts, and overall design direction.
3. Project Presentation
We present a comprehensive bespoke project plan and proposal, detailing the event flow, budget estimates, and proposed timelines.
4. Final Approval + Execution
Upon mutual approval, we will then proceed with contract signing and the commencement of production planning and execution.
